Story:

Mike is a firefighter. Every day, he works hard to keep his town safe. In the morning, he checks the fire trucks and equipment. Sometimes, he and his team practice drills to stay ready for emergencies. Yesterday, Mike helped rescue a cat from a tree. The owner was very thankful. In the afternoon, Mike and his team responded to a fire in a small house. They worked together and put out the fire quickly. In the evening, Mike went home and played with his children. He is proud to serve his community.
