Module Purpose

This module helps learners understand how education systems shape social behavior, civic values, and intellectual habits. It promotes critical thinking while maintaining respect for cultural values and social harmony.

Learning Objectives

  • Understand how education systems shape civic behavior and social norms.
  • Recognize how curriculum narratives influence historical understanding.
  • Examine how classroom hierarchy affects questioning and participation.
  • Reflect on how cultural norms influence communication and expression.

Part 1 — Why Education Is Never Neutral
